Elmo and Cookie Monster Cropped Top and Skirt Set

Cropped peasant style top and twirl skirt is done an allover Elmo and Cookie Monster print woven cotton fabric.  The pullover top is elasticized at the neck, sleeves and waist for easy dressing.  The twirl skirt also has an elastic waist and ruffled hem trim with mock tie bows on the skirt and top.  Great for parties, pageants and more!
