Elodie floral crop top nwot

For size references it was modeled on a small mannequin. I am not familiar with this brand, I know they do kids clothes. Pit to pit is only 16", and the tag says large, so I'm going to list this as a girls. Polyester and spandex, stretchy and soft, buttons and loop front opening. Stitching under the bodice area, with pink lace in the front V, adjustable straps. The inside is completely lined in a black material. Very cute with sleeveless jumpsuits, under sheer tops, or worn instead of a bra. New with the brand tag.
