Eloise Cotton Dress

I wore this dress to an event years ago & have had it in a drawer since. No size listed; I would call it S or XS. It is for someone who is petite. Has two pockets! Looks black in photos but is actually a very dark blue. I will say it has very cute detail, but is not something I would wear now. Very nice, comfortable fit. 100% cotton. I’m 5’2 & it lies above my knee. Let me know if you’d like measurements. In absolute perfect condition!
