Eloquii Cold Shoulder Faux Wrap Cape Dress 18

Reposhing this item I purchased from @dudetteabides. Love it, but am just slightly too short for the arm proportions! This emerald green faux wrap-dress has a cape that drapes glamorously from the shoulders! The dress is used, but definitely still has life left! The most signs of wear/tear are on the belt loops. The belt is missing, and the loops are mildly fraying. They could easily be re-sewn and enlarged to allow for more belt pairing options.
