Elsa Peretti x Tiffany Sterling Open Heart charm 27mm VNTG with packaging

This charm no longer has its accompanying necklace, but is in great vintage shape!! Received as a gift in the early-aughts, but I have brand-new packaging. I’m selling it with (from another more recent Tiffany purchase). Sterling silver and 27mm version. The chain shown in the one photo does not come with the charm—I included for photo styling purposes!
