It’s what gives this dye-free toner its natural pale blue color. It’s Dermatologist-tested, fragrance-free, paraben-free and designed to not clog pores. Note this is past it's expiration date of 10/22 , but it has never been used/sold and should be good for up to 12 months after opening.
