Vintage ‘80’s Multi colored off the shoulder blouse by Emanuel Ungaro. Short sleeves, elastic at neck. Very full-could easily be worn as a maternity top! Very comfortable! Sleeves and hem are finished with a serged edge. There is a slight flaw in upper back that original owner repaired-see picture.
