@kainewick Hi. From shoulder to shoulder is 23". (Measurements are all at the seams) From the armpit to cuff it's 18". From the top of the shoulder to the cuff it's 23". There are shoulder pads as mentioned & the jacket also has padding. I'll accept your offer if the measurements work for you.
