Excellent condition gorgeous classy skirt for youuuuu - dress it up with a classy blouse, or pair it with a cage bra and mesh. That’s the great thing about simple black skirts, they go with EVERYTHING. The tag says 10, but that’s vintage size. 26in waist, 34in hips, so I’d say closer to a size 4
