Embellished Dress With Neon Green Overskirt

This was a custom made dress made to fit a size 6/8. It has a corset back so it can be tightened or loosened if needed. It also has buttons on the top as well to cover the back. It has pearls on it and it sparkles in the light. It is a great material and I received so many compliments throughout the night. It was only worn once and dry cleaned - like new
