Embellished Long Sleeve Blouse

Tried on, but never worn. There are popped threads in the left armpit, but it's not fully a hole (last 2 photos). Otherwise, excellent condition. The material has no stretch to it. No zipper. No buttons. Long sleeves with elastic bands around the wrists. Crisscross straps on the back of the neck. Approx measurements are: 20" across 25.5" - 28.5" long
