Cute baby blue tie-dye shirt by Language Los Angeles. Darker blue embroidered flower embellishment appears on upper left near neckline and lower right near hip - each flower has 3 rhinestones nearby. Tie string at neckline; elasticized waist. Floaty cap sleeves. Tag says it is 100% cotton but it appears that the cap sleeves are either silk or Cupra rayon. There is one small issue under the left sleeve in the armpit area where the sleeve edging has detached from the fabric. Approximate Measurements: Pit to pit (flat) ~ 17” Length ~ 20-21”
