Embellished beaded blossom dress with belt

Embellished Dress by Needle & Thread. Embellished by hand. Zip closure at back. Slip included. Comes with a belt. Runs small, see measurements. Worn twice, stored folded in tissue paper in dust bag. Thread knot on the left that holds slip to dress became undone, and in tied it back (see last two photos). Absolutely loved this dress but my body no longer fits. Reasonable offers will be considered.
