kikstear @faith5754 there are a few really slight scratches on some of the gems, however it is barely noticeable and there are replacement gems attached to the tag. This item was purchased NWT, however from a reseller (ie not from the Guess store).

kikstear @luckylillys yes, they are 3% spandex so have a bit of stretch. (the rest is rayon/viscose, nylon, and polyester)
