Is there elastic around the sleeve?

@kdm302 I don’t think it’s elastic. I will check when I get home. I think there is piping around the sleeves

@kdm302 so there is no elastic around the arm opening but it is very stretchy probably just to keep the shape so it looks a little flouncy not just hang straight and the opening is 6.5 inches
