Personal temperature device, cooling or warming on wrist, app connected. Love this device, but I don't like wearing things on my wrist and don't use it much anymore. Works well, especially for warming. For cooling, it's great but if you run it really frequently on the coolest setting, the outer sides get warm (works well, just annoying to me). Very easy to customize your preferences and settings through the app, easy 2 buttons on device, don't have to open app every time to use. I used it with the nylon comfort band.
