kellanne7976 @1centwiz 🌸 Thank you! I really appreciate your shares. I’m so sorry to hear about your pain and problems getting help from WC. I had to quit working at a job I loved about a year ago because of some disabling, chronic health issues. They have affected me physically as well as my “executive functioning” - like memory, processing info., etc. I have daily headaches and body pain. It really changes who you are and is depressing. I try to remember to “choose joy.”

kellanne7976 I have things around the house with this mantra on it to remind me to try. I have some really bad days, but most of the time, it makes a difference. Like you said, what else can you do? I don’t like the crabby depressed me and neither does anyone else 😊😂

1centwiz @kellanne7976 ~ ya another reason I can’t take drugs. Makes me really brain shut down, like stuck in the rut and the spoke keeps poking you! 🤣😘 I also believe that this is only temporary, that there is a better place. In the mean time, I try to make the place around me nice. Turned my painful PT into gardening, so the grass is growing, as long as I keep watering it. Living water, Hope, Joy, Love, Peace and Mercy, all the sisters that keep me going! 👍🏻😎🥰
