Embroidered, Beaded, Layered Cocktail Skirt

OMG this skirt. Soooo cute. I bought it years ago when I was much younger, and have been holding onto it hoping I would one day fit into it again. Sigh. Please buy it and be fabulous in it. I have no idea how old it is because I bought it at a consignment shop, but it's in pretty good condition. It's missing one rhinestone on the front, but there's so much detail that you don't notice it unless you really look. An outer layer of black chiffon (which has the beading and stitched detail). The lining is viscose, also black, with a border of beige chiffon at the bottom hem. The embroidered detail is off-white, pale blue and black. Size zipper. Waist: 14.25" Length: 23" Please allow about .5" margin of error for measurements. Non-smoking home with pets.
