Embroidered Black Tunic / Dress

Very pretty! Has belt loops for a tie belt but I misplaced it. Doesn't really need a belt though. Technically a size medium but fits like a small at least width wise. Measures approx 33 inches top to bottom and 17 inches armpit to armpit
