Embroidered Designs short sleeve floral blouse

New item, never worn. There are a couple loose threads in some of the floral appliqué and a very faint pink stain around bottom hem from a fabric bleed in the wash. Otherwise, this is an adorable blouse! Soft, 100% cotton. A striking blue with colorful floral appliqué and crochet detail. Made in Guatemala.
