Embroidered Dress | Open Back | Size Small

Royal blue knee length dress with gorgeous embroidery work. I am not sure what beand itbis but the fabric is nice and it is fully lined (see photo). The last 2 photos show small imperfections: a snagged thread and a hardly noticeable stain aling bottom hem on backside. Reasonable offers always considered!
