NWT from Perfectly Priscilla boutique. Absolutely beautiful! Adjustable straps with elastic on the back. Bottom is lined. Is sized as a 3X, which the boutique calls a 22/24, however, I do not think that the sizing is accurate. This runs smaller, think 18/20.
