Embroidered Tulle Overlay!

Custom made dress. Worn twice. The picture looks weird because it slips off of a hanger and needs to be clipped or folded over. It is held in there with the bra stays. It is an interesting silky synthetic material. It has a fitted slightly high waist. The waistband is covered with the tulle that is part of the embroidered overlay. Measurements in comments. This was made after I measured myself. The shoulders are a little wide for me, but perfect for someone with wider shoulders.
