Embroidered White Cotton Tie Back Dress

White cotton embroidered dress with tie back. Purple red and green floral embroidery. No tags but my tall skinny daughter wore it at 1yr 10months so I’m guessing 18 months. Similar to dresses I’ve seen from Mexico. Very good condition. Photographs beautifully as you can see!
