@witchhunt I have a larger chest (36DD), I could’ve worn it as a swimsuit cover up but I wouldn’t feel comfortable otherwise.

@kaigurl when laid flat from seem to seem across the center band (can be tied in the back to adjust) is approx. 14 in and from seem to seem at the bottom of the design/center of the dress is 23 in.
