Embroidered cotton dress

I love this dress! It even has pockets! Only selling because of the frayed bottom stitching (see photos) that I don’t feel qualified to fix. It has only been worn 3 times. 100% cotton. Uniquely flattering shade of blue with white embroidery. Good length *for length/fit reference in photos I am 6 ft tall
