What kind of cuffs on sleeves? Does it stop at waist or below waist? Thanks!

@chinabound12 I added a picture of the cuffs. The bottom and cuffs are made as though they cut the bands off a "usual" jean jacket. The jacket is not crop length. It still hits below the waist. I am 5'5-1/2" with a normal torso and it hits just at my front hip bones.
