Embroidered dress from Pakistan

Beautifully bright green-blue little girl's dress from Pakistan. Tagged size 9/10 (youth medium). Really lovely embroidery. Last 2 close-ups picture light marking of a medium (paint or nail polish? fairy dust?) Has been handwashed in Zum organic and line dried. I haven't spot treated or scrubbed them as I don't want to damage such a beauty and is hardly noticeable when worn.
