Embroidered dress/vest

I am a size medium/6 women’s and have worn this several times as a long vest. The tag says 3… if you are a size 3, this would be more like a dress. Either way, it’s cute with leggings and a fitted long sleeve shirt! It’s a good quality, heavy fabric, definitely more of a fall/winter piece.
