Embroidered flower black white elastic waist pants. Very cute pair of slacks. Look like they would be pretty on a summers evening on the deck. Or dress them up. They are Preloved but does have a spot where the stitching came loose. The thread is still there so I’m sure it could be repaired. Waist laying flat is 16 but stretches to 21. Inseam is 22 inches c
