Gorgeous bright blue free people dress/coverup with lovely gold embroidered flowers and a double rope waist belt. There’s something on the side of the dress (pictured) but not sure what. It’s about 1” in size and is not visible while wearing due to the flowy nature of the dress. Plunging neckline, flowy sleeves, shirt skirt. No size tag, guessing it is a medium. Waist - “13
