Embroidered high low dress

Great condition - only worn once. I did have the back hemmed a few inches. I am 5’4” and wore it with 3.5” inches and it touched the ground. When it’s laid flat the waist measures 13”. Built in bra. The embroidery is really quite stunning in person. Any questions just ask!
