Adorned with pink and white geometric embroidery and features removable woven belt for adjustable fit and matching strap and trim detail. XL but also fits S-L depending on desired fit. Slightly high-low- see pics for measurements. Bought at TJ Maxx. 60 % cotton, 35% Rayon, 5% Spandex. GUC- only flaw is mark on inside of skirt- not visible when worn and likely come out in wash. threadgazer @shopingsue hi, thanks for your interest. The waist is not elastic. The only thing defining the waist is the rope tie which can be tied and as tightly or as loose as desired (I’m pretty sure it is also removable). The pit to pit measurement is shown in the 6th photo (a little over 18 inches)
