Embroidered roses on red flutter sleeve blouse

The roses feel like they are made out of ribbon. There is pleating down the front to make it a little flowy in front, and flutter butterfly sleeves on the sides. It is listed as XSmall but for more like a small/medium. May have mild pilling. Please check photos.
