Embroidered shift dress (great for work!)

XSP navy blue shift short sleeve dress from LOFT with the cutest embroidered bottom. Features birds and flowers in bright pinks, blues and yellows on a dark blue background. So, so cute, but I never wear navy. 100% rayon. Would look great with tall boots and a scarf for winter IMO but I got it for summer use, so it’s pretty flexible for all season! 31” shoulder to hem 19” pit to pit (bust) 24” corner to corner at hem 9” sleeve from shoulder to end 7” sleeve opening
