mi_hiker @cristinafalbo hi! I measured the top waist of skirt and it’s 15 1/2”. Just uploaded a photo. Sorry for the poor lighting :)

mi_hiker @cristinafalbo this skirt is a bit unusual. It sits for me right at the hips so the larger “waist” is needed. I’m normally a 4-6 in dresses and skirts but sized up so it didn’t become a micro mini skirt on me :)
