Embroidered silk skirt

Measurements: waist- 13” (26”) hip- 18” (36”) length- 21 3/4” Super cute skirt only worn a couple of time. Golden yellow silk with dragon and floral embroidery, a slit up the thigh, and satin lining. There were no tags when I bought this item so I do not know the labeled size.
