Embroidered skirt size 14

From Outfit JPR. Cream color, lined skirt with neutral-toned embroidery. The embroidery fully encircles the bottom of the skirt. Side zip and button closure. I bought this and removed the tags but never wore it. Size 14, measures 17” across the waist, 23.5” across the hip area, and 25” from waistband to hemline.
