Embroidered thick cotton skirt

Perfect summer skirt- embroidered blue with some beads at bottom. The tiniest little stain as shown otherwise great condition. Marked an 8; I’m a 4/28/5’11” and it’s loose in the waist for me. Waist 15” laying flat; 16” length; 17.5” hips laying flat. Darts for a tailored fit.
