Embroidered thrift flip

Vintage shirt with custom embroidery. Love this tied and paired with mom shorts or jeans. Has fun soft inserts for slight shoulder pad effect. Could be removed but I like the character they add to the top. There was no tag when I bought it but fits like an xl
