Embroidered tiny black velvet evening bag

Purple embroidered flowers on a tiny black velvet evening bag with black cord shoulder strap. Zip close. Black fabric interior, no extra pockets. The shoulder strap is not adjustable (it is sewn on). Strap hangs to about 18". Really pretty, a nice holiday accessory. Never used! Retail price given here is a guess on my part.
