Embroidered wide leg taffeta pants

I adore these pants (I call them my fancy pants) but they don’t fit anymore. They were made custom to my size when I was (roughly) a size 6P. The legs are super wide so it looks like a long skirt with the comfort of pants. I’d call them mid-to-high rise. There’s 2 front pockets and 2 back pockets, and a tie belt. Measured flat: waist- 15.5”, hips- 23”, rise- 13”, inseam- 29”.
