This dress is unique with its mixed fabrics/textures, victorian ruffles and lace, reflective satin, puff bubble stretchy knitted sleeves, sweet bow tie, and high neck. Fully lined. Perfect for a maximalist holiday season. It's fairly thick and warm. Waist: 28” Chest: 32” Length: 31" 70% polyester; 30% wool.
