Across the embellishes is 15 1/2 in
Underneath the embellishments to bottom is 41 1/2 in
The neckline to the very bottom is 54 1/2 in.
I hope this helps! The hip area may be different in different ladies so I just measured those areas

@rmacdonald1 hi! I wore it for my senior prom and the picture I uploaded is the only picture I have wearing it! I’m exactly 5’00ft. Tall but with some high heels it flows nicely. If I’m in flats it will drag. It no longer fits so I can’t model it for you. I’m sorry, i also uploaded a picture of the back
