Cute and comfortable emerald green tie-waist dress with pleats at the neckline/shoulders for a bit of flair. Sleeveless, high scoopneck and short above-the-knee length. I wore this just once to a bridal shower. Size small and fits roomy - I'm a size 4/6 but busty, and this was still comfortable to wear.
