Emerald Green Velvet Short Sleeved Dress

Dark emerald colored velvet short sleeved dress. This has a high neckline and a nice flare at the hips, giving it a bit of flow. I bought this for myself, but I'm realizing I'm just not a dress person, lol! The tags are removed, I don't know the brand, but it's in excellent condition. This will best fit a size LARGE or 12/14. Measures 35" long.
