Emerald Sundae Strapless Dress

This is the perfect dress for a spring semi-formal! I wore this one time, for the same occasion. I did cut the size tag out, but I do believe this is a large. I added approximate measurements to the last picture for reference. The bust area has adorable flower sequins over the neon pink fabric. None of the sequins appear to be loose/missing. The waist down is a tight, bodycon style. It has cute ruching to accentuate your figure!
