Emerald bridesmaid dress

Dessy Collection Emerald Bridesmaid dress. Size 10R (runs small! I usually wear a size 8 and this fit perfectly). Purchased from Nordstrom for $260. Worn once and has a slight fabric run at the bottom by the slit (see pictures). Very hard to notice unless youre up close and looking. Hoping someone can give this dress/fabric a second chance at love! Message for measurements. Thanks!
