Emerald green button down blouse

This blouse is soooo gorgeous! Pics do not show color well...it's a rich emerald green, silky type of material, so lux! Nice tailoring details at cuff. Pop that collar put on a pencil skirt or a pair of jeans and go! This is a personal piece of mine so scratchy neck tags have been removed.
