This Emi & Joe floral blouse is so cute with the bold colors and 3/4 length bell sleeves. The scoop neck has a keyhole embellished with a gold bar. The bar does have very faint scratches. This top is labeled as a large, but to get this blouse to be more drapey and flowy at the waist, it definitely is better for as a small or medium.
